It is situated in a 10 hectare of land has 51 floor, 234 m height and has 473,000 m2 (5,090,000 sq ft) of floor space, creating an irregular grid on the building’s facade with an open center.The CCTV headquarters aims at an alternative to the exhausted typology of the skyscraper.


Pearl Academy of Fashion

The Pearl Academy of Fashion, Jaipur is one of the first educational institutes in India to address both cost and environmental design as its primary goals. The architectural parti consists of a range of multifunctional spaces which are a seamless blend of the interiors and exteriors. Many elements of this thermally adaptive environment borrow from the tradition of passive cooling techniques prevalent in the hot-dry desert climate of Rajasthan.

Reading Between the Lines

A church can be the crux of one’s life, or simply a physical structure that blends into its surroundings. This range in meaning serves as the basis for Reading between the Lines, an art installation by design firm Gijs Van Vaerenbergh. From inside the Gijs Van Vaerenbergh-designed art church known as Reading Between The Lines, the natural sunlight hits the ground in a noirish checkerboard, belying the construction’s almost completely insubstantial walls. However, from any other angle, the building seems like a solid little chapel.

Singapore Life Church

The design concept is to create a beacon of light within the neighborhood, symbolizing the hope that Christ brings to this world.
The sweeping roof form, though reminiscent of the predecessor church building, is made contemporary by the seamless white aluminium cladding to create a monolith form. This offers a striking contrast with the monolithic LaSalle College of the Arts building directly opposite.
